Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Overview

This is a random draw competition with three prizes available:

  1. Two (2) Return Business Class Flights to any capital city in Australia
  2. Premium Coffee Machine
  3. SodaStream Machine

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter and their family members.
  • To enter, participants must scan the QR code or visit teammed.com.au/giveaway (as featured in Summer Specials, launching 10 November 2025) and complete the entry form.
  • Upon completing the entry form, participants will automatically be entered into the draw.
  • One entry per person is permitted
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Competition Period

  • The competition opens on Monday, 10th of November 2025, and closes on Friday, 12th of December 2025.  
  • Winners will be randomly drawn on Monday, 15th of December 2025 at 12:00 p.m. AEDT.
  • Winners will be notified by email or phone.
  • If a prize is not claimed within 7 days of initial contact, a new winner will be drawn. This process will continue until all prizes are awarded.

4. Prize Conditions

  • All flights must be booked no later than 60 days before the intended travel date and must fall within the period January 4, 2026, to November 30, 2026.
  • Travel is limited to Virgin Australia Airlines only.
  • Flights must depart from and return to the same capital city.
  • Flight bookings are subject to availability.

5. Promoter Information

The Promoter is The Trustee for Team Medical Supplies Unit Trust (ABN 26 923 058 165), trading as Team Medical Supplies.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Any personal information collected as part of this competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

The Promoter may:

  • Use entrant information to administer the competition.
  • Disclose entrant information to third parties (including prize suppliers and regulatory authorities) as required by law.
  • Use entrants’ details for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes related to Team Medical Supplies.

By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their personal information as described above.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable (including for negligence) for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or the acceptance of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded under law.

Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter and its related entities against any claims, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.

Product warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

8. Variations

The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to applicable laws.
